Sandy Redmond, an inspiring speaker, has a passion for helping leaders grow into their full potential. Focused on her calling as a wife and mother of four, she also loves to empower women to raise life-giving leaders, bring out the gifting in their children, and develop strong, growth-centered marriages and relationships. As an enthusiastic student of the Word, she clearly communicates how God has established a distinct and powerful role for women to play in this earth. For many years, Sandy was Executive Vice-President of a non-profit and played a crucial role in helping build it into an internationally acclaimed corporation. She has also played an active role in the buying, selling and managing of multiple properties through Target Properties, a company she and her husband started. Her “common sense, hands on, make things happen” style has given her tremendous experience in both the business and ministry arenas. She also currently serves as Vice-President of Redmond Leadership Institute, a transformational training organization that trains business and church leaders and speaks to groups worldwide on growth strategies. Sandy Redmond Sandy has been involved in a number of activities outside of her business, speaking and homemaker roles. For several years, she co-hosted a national TV show, and she now reaches out to students and young adults through various mentorship programs. She has traveled extensively with her husband speaking in churches and conferences and has served on a number of boards of organizations dedicated to the specific needs of mothers and women. She is happily married to Tim Redmond and has four “leaders in training” (Matthew, Robert, Joshua, and Andrea) and lives in their “miracle house” in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
