let me tell you a story that will help you with your plumbing marketing. my husband and I recently moved to a lovely neighborhood called Washington Ave. his parents live in the neighborhood and after visiting them for many months we fell in love with this sites, atmosphere, and lifestyle that this neighborhood offered.

When a house came on the market just Two Doors Down from my in-laws we decided to walk through the open house on a sunny Sunday afternoon. I was immediately in love when we walked in the front door.

The exterior facade is a craftsman style. with colors of taupe Gray, and hewn Stone it’s a stunning abode. it has wooden shingles Laird on the Peaks enlarge stately columns encasing the front porch. as you walk up you were greeted with the handsome wooden door which leads to the foyer.

Inside the front entry you will find a set of white, French doors that open to what once was a large dining room. Since moving in, we haven’t used the dining room but twice, so we have turned it into a sitting room or some may call it a library . it has a mid-century modern wicker chair paired with a leather sofa and chair with blush Rusty pink accents, fur throws, in a jute rug to Anchor the space.

Past the foyer you will pass a set of stairs that lead up to the second level. the second floor has a spacious guest room with a large walk-in closet. our guests can enjoy a semi-private bathroom which is shared only with the large playroom. the playroom is a special place with a giant dollhouse, movie watching area and a bounce house. Don’t bounce from pay check to pay check, let us help you grow your business with our plumbing marketing knowledge.

Back downstairs you walk into a large living area with built-in shelves surrounding a fireplace with herringbone marble tile as the surround. the living room is open to an eat-in kitchen with a large island that our children enjoy doing crafts, school work, and eating snacks at. The eat-in part when we first moved in, was lovely and untouched. However, three children will change that. so,my husband is putting in wainscoting walls that can be easily wiped from food and marker scribbles.

Adjacent to the living room are two bedrooms and a full bath. those rooms are the perfect size for our three daughters. it’s nice to have them close on the main floor but not sharing a wall with the master.

The master bedroom is down its own hallway and is just the right size. it has vaulted ceilings a large window and a ensuite with a separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. it’s our Oasis. it would be a perfect example of quality Plumbing craftsmanship that you can find with our plumbing marketing clients.

We love that we have turned a house into a wonderful family neighborhood into our forever home. a home where we can raise a family with ease, safety and amenities.
