Tim Redmond
CEO
Life
Tim’s passion for business and helping others gain financial and time freedom is birthed from a combination of very successful business start-ups as well as his amazing life adventures. His life follows a series of overcoming huge challenges. He is one of eleven children and struggled for years to overcome a handicap from birth. As a teenager, he was in an automobile accident which took the life of his brother as Tim fought on the brink of death, having to learn how to read and write all over again. After working his way through college,Tim earned his CPA and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the world’s largest consulting firms. Tim is happily married to Sandy Redmond for over 25 years and has 4 young “leaders in training” (Matthew, Robert, Joshua, and Andrea).
Career
He then joined a small start-up software company. Over the course of 15 years, Tim helped build it from 2 to over 400 employees, becoming one of the top tax and accounting software companies in America generating over 100 million in pre-tax profits with the sale to a Fortune 1000 company. Tim then became actively involved in several other start-ups as well as real-estate investments, consulting, speaking and writing. He has authored the book, Power to Create, which redefines wealth within the framework of conquering obstacles and serving others in significant ways. Based on the powerful results he achieves, Tim has also become an in-demand keynote speaker and seminar trainer. He offers a “get big results in a short amount of time” approach to executive consulting, team development and training, conference key notes and intensive leadership and business workshops.
Robert Redmond
COO & LEAD BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Life
Robert Redmond is Tim & Sandy Redmond’s second child and has grown up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Spending countless hours traveling to Tim’s speaking engagements and business conferences, it is no surprise that Robert eventually became a natural at business consulting. Graduating from Oral Roberts University, Robert has a deep passion for theology, psychology, religious studies, and his incredible wife Bonnie!
Career
Robert never imagined he would fall into the world of growing businesses, but his passion for people has caused it to be the perfect fit. The fire was born in Robert to help people reach their financial and time freedom goals by helping companies build their teams! Watching his dad help hundreds of business owners create companies that actually serve them caused Robert to want to make the brave jump into entrepreneurship and join his dad at Redmond Growth.

Nicole Donohue
CONSULTANT
Born in Kansas, but spending most of her life in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Nicole has known the Redmond Family since she was in 3rd Grade. Graduating with the Redmonds’ youngest son, Joshua, she has always seen Tim & Sandy Redmond as mentors in her life.
Starting her career as a legal assistant, Nicole was hired at Redmond Growth back in 2018 after being sick of dealing with divorces and evictions, she wanted to embark on a career that would be more fulfilling. Business felt natural to her, as entrepreneurship runs in her family! Her dad’s parents owned a seed & trucking company their whole careers, and her mom’s side of the family owns a chain of nutrition stores in Arkansas.
Her passion for helping is not exclusive to people, as Nicole has three dogs and two cats at home while also fostering and volunteering for a local rescue. She is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, spending most evenings attending or teaching classes at the gym.
Bryce Harkrider
CONSULTANT
Bryce is our good ol boy from Texas! Making his journey to Oklahoma for college where he graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering & Minor in Finance and started his career in the very corporate environment of Pepsi. Not enjoying the lack of freedom, no upward mobility, or growth at Pepsi he joined Redmond Growth in 2020 to build a career based around giving people time and financial freedom!
Bringing to our team his technical knowledge, Bryce immediately became an asset to the organization. Helping build out new softwares and enhancements to better serve our clients. Bryce is committed to bringing our clients down the path of success and loves celebrating all the personal and business wins they accomplish!
Bryce’s dedication does not stop at business! He is also an IRONMAN finisher, avid outdoorsman, and there is no DIY project at his house that he cannot conquer. His commitment to doing things the right way and achieving big goals makes him an excellent accountability partner to his clients!
Travis Davis
CONSULTANT
Travis is a true Oklahoman, born and raised here, currently commuting from gorgeous Skiatook to our office in Tulsa! The Redmond Growth team has known Travis for years before he joined our team in 2022. We have always been so impressed with his character and work ethic, we jumped on the opportunity to bring him into the RGC Family.
Mister calm, always coachable and Travis is dedicated to getting results for his clients. We always know he is going to follow a process to a tee and also give input on what needs to be enhanced. Never having to worry about his commitment to serving his clients to the fullest of his abilities.
The passion and work ethic Travis has at Redmond Growth is also the same level of dedication he brings home to his family.
Alex Tyson
CONSULTANT
Alex brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping businesses grow. After earning a degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University, he began his career at Hershey, gaining valuable corporate experience before joining Redmond Growth to pursue his mission of creating meaningful impact and driving sustainable growth for business owners.
With a strong foundation in business strategy and a genuine desire to see others succeed, Alex has quickly become a trusted partner for clients navigating their growth journey. His positive energy, strategic mindset, and commitment to accountability make him a natural fit for the Redmond Growth mission.
Outside of work, Alex is an avid outdoorsman, golfer, and basketball enthusiast. Whether he’s on the course, the court, or the trail, he brings the same discipline, resilience, and drive that make him a valuable resource for clients looking to take their business to the next level.

Hannah Files
CLIENT ONBOARDING SPECIALISTS
Spending most of her life in Oklahoma with a little stent in Kansas, Hannah has called Tulsa home for a long time! An adventurous spirit, Hannah was hired at Redmond Growth in 2019 after working on a Cruise Ship in Hawaii!
She is our sales and onboarding Queen, when you sign up for Redmond Growth there is a good chance Hannah will be the one guiding you through how our process works and what to expect! She is committed to creating the right community of clients and finding the best fits for Redmond Growth. Hannah is also responsible for leading our sales team, creating our ads, and tracking leads for RGC. If you can find yourself a Hannah for your team, there is a guarantee growth will occur!
Hannah loves to travel, is drawn to the ocean, and spends as much time as possible with her dog Lady. She is currently trying to dethrone Bryce as the DIY champion as she updates her home! One thing we know is that given any task, Hannah is going to get it done!
Caden Rictor
CLIENT ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
Caden went to high school with both Robert Redmond and Nicole Donohue, a natural fit to the team when he joined Redmond Growth in 2020. Starting in sales, then consulting, and now our lead optimization and internal marketing specialist, Caden truly knows every aspect of the RGC process.
When it comes to the backend management of your Google Business Listing and Google Local Services, this is your guy. Optimizing all clients’ Google Business Listings and Google Local Services Accounts, and assists with CRM implementation. Caden is the guy whose efforts cause our processes to get you results so quickly!
After hours, you can find Caden on the pickleball courts, walking his dog Luna, or cheering on his favorite soccer team. He is also the office Chess and PingPong champion!

Claire Burns
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Claire has spent nearly a decade building systems that work, turning complex operations into scalable, sustainable processes that help businesses grow. With a background in operations, client services, and agency leadership, Claire believes great marketing starts with understanding people. She’s passionate about developing strong teams, building lasting client relationships, and creating processes that allow both businesses and people to thrive.
Outside of work, Claire’s favorite role is being a mom. She enjoys traveling, planning memorable experiences with her husband and kids, and finding any excuse to bring people together over good food.
Alyssa Stewart
DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Alyssa leads paid advertising and SEO for our clients, from onboarding through ongoing strategy and management. She’s a vital part of our team and an even more vital partner to the clients she works with. With Alyssa on your account, you can count on clear communication, confident guidance, and results you can actually see.
Before marketing, Alyssa spent years working at a local harbor, so she’s no stranger to hard work, taking charge, and getting things done. Outside of work, she’s happiest outdoors, soaking up everything Oklahoma has to offer, from hiking and lake trips to long walks with her dogs.
Kris Oakes
WEB SPECIALIST
With more than 25 years of web development experience, Kris has helped businesses across a wide range of industries build websites that do more than look good – they drive results. Throughout his career, he’s partnered with local and national brands in industries ranging from travel and tourism to manufacturing and e-commerce, giving him a deep understanding of how websites support broader business goals. At Redmond Growth Consulting, Kris leads website development, building custom WordPress and e-commerce solutions that balance performance, usability, and conversion. Whether he’s developing a complex custom build or troubleshooting a challenge that has everyone else stumped, Kris brings the expertise and attention to detail that comes from decades in the industry.
Based in Tulsa, Kris is passionate about creating websites that help businesses grow and enjoys collaborating with clients to turn their vision into a digital experience that works.
Lizzy Rylance
MARKETING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Lizzy grew up near Seattle and graduated from the University of Washington before joining a trail crew with the Washington Conservation Corps. She then earned her master’s degree in Ecology from Colorado State University, blending her interests in research and communication. She now specializes in digital communications and administrative support. She’s excited to continue learning and stepping in wherever needed to support the RGC team.
Lizzy is based in Golden, Colorado, where she spends her time mountain biking, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Uma.
