Joined Redmond Growth as the sole employee of the company and worked full time in the field during 10K a month. Now has 3 trucks in the field, a warehouse, and averages 60K a month in revenue! 

How Did We Do It?

• Increased Google business listing from less than 20 reviews to over 400
• Implemented the “RGC Hiring System” to find ideal fits that he can trust with his reputation!
• Lead, revenue, and profit tracking to make sure the numbers are where we need to produce the results we want! 
• The owner, Dale, is now training his son to take over the business so that he can retire living off of a salary from the company and spend his time riding his motorcycle across the country!
